The room was fantastic and spotless, with stunningly beautiful views of the mountains. the bed was comfortable, and the walk-in shower worked well. the location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to a public swimming pool. the area was absolutely gorgeous, really close to the gondola in Ponte, the mountains, and the shops.

Nice hotel in good location, easy to got to the ski slops.

The only concern we had was that prior to 7:00 AM, we were locked off of the first floor, by both the door and the elevator. So, if we hadn't had access to go to the garage level, to go outside the building, we would have been locked inside the hotel. We feel this is a safety violation.

-extra charge of €1/day for usage of frigo bar (not drinks, but only the usage) -room was cold and didn't have room-heating adjustment - breakfast was poor these are little signs that the hotel is cutting costs down, with the consequences of disminishing customer's expectations

Great location nearby the cable car and ski lifts and nearby centre of Ponte di Legno. Very helpfull staff-good breakfast and very clean and spacious rooms with great views.

The hotel was stylish, fairly clean offered savoury breakfasts and had an incredible location near to ski area. Location: the venue was very close to the gondola, recommended SanMarco restaurant and center of town. Dined at El Volt, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Had the twin room which was spotless with mountain view. The staff were excellent and polite and the location was fab to town where there is a plenty of restaurants...
